• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Information Technology.
• At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress based website development.
• Excellent skills in PHP/Javascript.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• General knowledge of both front-end and back-end web development.
• Perspective Knowledge of eCommerce integration.
• Should know about child theme and its structure.
• Should know about creating plugins for theme customization.
• Should know efficient use of WP_Query & WP shortcode & WP core functions.
• Proficient with JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX.
• Proficient in CSS3/HTML5.
• Should know about source version control like git or svn etc.
• Familiar with WP-CLI for deploying & maintaining websites will be added advantage.
• Familiar with Hosting will be added advantage.
• Understanding and implementing security and data protection.
• The ability to accomplish work remotely.
• The ability to work under pressure.

• Must be a team player with good communications.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Great aptitude and attitude towards learning.
• Ability to consistently produce functional, clean, well-documented, efficient code.
• Ensure the performance, maintain code quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Attend the online meetings and show commitment to Board activities/tasks, submit regular technical reports in prescribed formats.
